The Management of MARPORT SUNBEACH MALLORCA S.L.<\/strong> aims to establish in this document the guiding principles of our activities, always with a focus on continuous improvement and legal compliance; professionalism; and excellence in the services we provide (\u201cBeach cleaning services,\u201d \u201cOperation of temporary beach facilities,\u201d \u201cLifeguarding and rescue on beaches,\u201d \u201cCatering,\u201d \u201cBuoying\u201d).<\/p>

Management establishes, as a commitment to the organization\u2019s principles and reference standards, our CORPORATE POLICY<\/strong> of the integrated management system, based on a series of fundamental principles treated as commitments:<\/p>

  • To achieve the highest level of satisfaction for users and visitors, we are committed to promoting equal opportunities and creating an accessible environment for all individuals, removing barriers, obstacles, and limitations that may hinder the use and enjoyment of our office, beach, and catering services.<\/p><\/li>

  • To protect the environment and minimize the environmental impact of all activities, preventing pollution in all cases. Specifically, we aim to reduce waste generation and raw material consumption required for our activities, always adopting the most economically viable alternatives and best available technology, as well as integrating sustainability and circularity principles into our operations.<\/p><\/li>

  • To continuously improve all activities within scope and under applicable reference standards, through the establishment, maintenance, review, and modification of objectives and targets regarding quality, safety and health, and accessibility, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and other requirements related to our environmental impacts and service provision. Where legislation does not exist, we strive to establish corporate standards to achieve enhanced corporate environmental performance.<\/p><\/li>

  • To comply with DALCO requirements (Movement, Apprehension, Location, and Communication) as outlined in UNE 170001 (in the specified centers).<\/p><\/li>

  • To continuously improve the effectiveness of our Integrated Management System, firmly supporting economically viable innovations and ensuring that office and beach use is accessible to all users.<\/p><\/li>

  • To periodically evaluate user perception regarding services provided by our company and to ensure ongoing and appropriate training for personnel involved in aspects of our Integrated Management System.<\/p><\/li>

  • To eliminate hazards and reduce risks to safety and health, providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injury and health deterioration.<\/p><\/li>

  • To encourage consultation and participation of personnel.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    All personnel are expected to perform their work in alignment with the company\u2019s policy and objectives. Dialogue is maintained within our Group to ensure staff awareness of the integrated management policy and their involvement in continuous improvement and quality initiatives in the workplace. MARPORT SUNBEACH MALLORCA S.L.<\/strong> also commits to:<\/p>

    • Comply with the policy and objectives to be an environmentally responsible organization, actively improving environmental, safety, and health performance, alongside Quality Management specifications for tourism-related services, and fulfilling SICTED requirements.<\/p><\/li>

    • Provide the necessary resources to develop, implement, and communicate this Corporate Policy to relevant stakeholders.<\/p><\/li>

    • Regularly review this policy and associated objectives, considering improvements, suggestions, and feasible requests from various interest groups.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
